I initially had a horse on trial from Lynn who although lovely and as described, did not settle in our very specific situation, through no fault of her own. Lynn took the horse back without question and recommended some other horses who she felt my suit my circumstances better, now that we both had a clearer understanding of what was needed. They were not quite what I was looking for but I stayed in touch with Lynn and occasionally messaged about horses that she had advertised. She was always completely honest in telling me when she thought they wouldn’t be right. Good things always come in threes so when Lynn got two horses in who both would have been ideal for me, I also happened to find a suitable horse locally in the same week. Largely to save on transport costs I ended up choosing the local horse, however I am so grateful to Lynn for putting up with all my questions over the period I was searching. Chatting with her really helped me refine and figure out what I was looking for, and I’m so impressed with her honesty, patience, and the fact that she never made me feel like a time waster for asking so many questions and often being quite indecisive! When I got my new horse she even asked me how I was getting on and said how happy she was for me. Lynn really is that rare honest dealer who wants the best for both horses and people, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to her if I was looking again in the future. Thank you Lynn!

I messaged Lynn about a different horse originally and Lynn was amazingly responsive and listened to my brief thoroughly. Within hours she had sent through the details of a few options we could consider and among them was the horse we selected to take on a trial. A week later our wonderful horse arrived and she was exactly as described. The trial gave us the chance to see her over a proper period as opposed to a few short visits to ride and meant we could be 100% certain with our decision to proceed with the purchase. I see lots of other dealers that have horses returned as ‘it hasn’t worked out’. Lynn’s approach sets the framework perfectly and provides a great amount of time to try the horse properly and allow them to adapt to life in their new field or yard. I recently found an amazing horse advertised on Lynne’s website. I contacted her about him and was sent a large selection of photographs of him together with videos and given the opportunity to have him at home for 2 weeks to see if he was right for me. What more could I ask for! He sounded (and looked ) to be everything I was looking for and so I agreed to go ahead knowing that if for any reason he wasn’t right no questions asked he could go back. As it happened everything lynne had said about him had been absolutely true and by having him at home with me not only did I completely fall in love with him, but I realised he was totally what I was looking for. I got my vet to check him over and all as I expected he was fine. I cannot recommend this way of buying a horse more… had I just gone to try him once in a school it would have been much harder to know if he was right and might have resulted in me not buying him. Having the opportunity to have him for two weeks has just been the best ever trial I could have wished for and meant I have found my perfect horse.!

I highly recommend Lynn for anyone looking to sell their horse. Her communication skills are top-notch, and she goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience!
