Claire Davies sold me a dangerous horse, which was confirmed when I contacted the previous owner who was also mis sold through another dodgy dealer !! Almost two years on she still owes me £2900 of the original £6500 of which I have fought for!!! ! ! Payments have stopped again and I’m back to being ignored ! ! ! ! !

Claire Davies – CnG Equine. After almost 2 years of fighting through the small claims court, we have successfully won a County Court Judgement for £5750 to be paid/refunded by 20/07/2023. Of course, Claire Davies hasn’t paid, so now moving to a High Court. This is one of a multitude of CCJ’s that Claire Davies – CnG Equine have had over the last years and not paid. ############################################# Don’t be fooled by her lies and promises into buying anything from Claire Davies – CnG Equine, you will be the next one losing your money and fighting through the courts. #############################################

My partner and I purchased a horse from CNG some months ago.We tried to arrange to see the horse but CNG did not respond to any messages ,it is only when we expressed an interest in buying the horse unseen that they responded to the messages.The horse was purchased unseen with a so called returns policy .The horse was described suitable for both novice and experienced riders.with lots of supporting videos.The horse was not as described, rearing and very stubborn to ride when hacking and ridden in the arena,even with an expert rider. We attempted to return the horse but after several month found that the returns policy was not worth the paper it was written on.Do not purchase a horse from this dealer without testing and seeing it first.because you cannot believe the description of the horse.

Sold a horse for a friend of mine and still not paid said friend this is now a police matter DONOT let your horse go on sales livery to this yard owes my friend £4500 disgusting excuse for human

After exchanging pleasantries with Claire, she happily took my money for deposit, then went on to ignore all messages and avoid dealing with my request to see the horse and vet check the horse… after escalating the case to trading standards Linda at the stoke office said “I’m sick to death of this woman”.. she has got numerous court cases against her and has no conscience to what she is doing to people. Please do not buy a horse (if she actually has any) from this worthless sack of skin.. I wish I had googled her before enquiring.
