From the moment we started to put out the feelers about putting my daughter’s horse on sales livery, Lynn stood out as being the best person to go to. We wanted to take the drama and emotion out of selling while still making sure he went to a new best friend and Lynn did all of that for us. Honest, straightforward and calm, she helped us through the whole process and we knew our boy was being treated like one of her own when he was on sales livery – when we saw the pics and videos on his first day at Broadhill looking so at home, we knew he was in safe hands. Lynn took my horse on sales livery, she sold him within a week to a wonderful home who I am now in touch with. Great communication throughout the sale I can’t recommend Lynn enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.

Lynn was extremely patient with all the questions I had to ask. I was offered a 14-day trial with the horse I had chosen. Two days before she was due to arrive, Lynn called me to say that she couldn’t let me trial the horse because she wasn’t sound. This was disappointing until she offered me another horse to try, which turned out to be much more suitable. She arrived and is absolutely beautiful – needless to say she’s staying with me. Lynn is honest and responds quickly to all messages. I would recommend her.

We brought a horse and we were allowed a trial period which was such an amazing option to have. We did unfortunately return the horse through no one’s fault purely the horse was just not right for the rider and the whole returns process was very easy. I would 100% recommend Lynn.

I contacted Lynn after I had to have my horse of a lifetime put to sleep last October. My heart was broken and my confidence was at an all time low. I thought I would have had Fred forever he was only 10 when he was put to sleep so never thought I would be horse hunting. I had no idea what I wanted or even if I needed another horse. So I arranged a trial and it didn’t work – horse was as advertised, there was just something missing. So I sent her back and got a quick and stress free refund. I then went out and got a pony from else where but again I just couldn’t bond. So I reached out again and got another horse on trial again as advertised was all me. Again sent back and got another easy refund. I was so close to just giving up as I felt whatever horse I ended up with, would never be right as I had already owned the perfect pony. But then she sent me pictures and videos with a comment “you will like him”. So the third trial was booked I was nervous but he arrived and I wanted to leave him to settle but Lynn told me to crack on with him, so I did and we had the best time and after getting him vetted, I ended the trial and here he will stay. He reminds me of Fred not enough where he will live in his shadow but enough to make me smile again. I have had some of Fred’s ashes put in a keyring that is attached to my saddle so wherever we go he will come too. Lynn thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting up with me, teaching me voice notes (I now annoy the kids with them all the time) but for caring. I am hoping he will be the last horse I ever buy and he will live out the rest of his days with me. I now smile again and have fallen back in the love with the hobby I have loved since I was small.
